STEP 1
Begin by creating an account on our website and completing the mandatory liability waiver. This initial step ensures your eligibility to participate in all gym activities safely and legally.
STEP 2
No stress, no commitment—choose a day and time on our calendar that works best for you to come in for your free class.
STEP 3
Arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your first class to learn hand wrapping and get a quick boxing tutorial. Wear comfy workout clothes and bring water. We supply loaner gloves for free, and hand wraps are available for purchase at the gym.
