STEP 1
Begin by creating an account on our website and completing the mandatory liability waiver. This initial step ensures your eligibility to participate in all gym activities safely and legally.
STEP 2
No stress, no commitment—choose a day and time on our calendar that works best for you to come in for your free class.
STEP 3
Arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your first class to learn hand wrapping and get a quick boxing tutorial. Wear comfy workout clothes and bring water. We supply loaner gloves for free, and hand wraps are available for purchase at the gym.

Do you want to lose weight quickly or simply tone up? Consider boxing as your workout. We offer 57 heavy bags, ensuring that each participant in the class has their own bag and ample space to maneuver around it. The workout lasts one hour, including a 10-minute warm-up, 40 minutes of boxing, and 10 minutes of core exercises.
